Return and Refund Policy

At Lumière Peau, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms set out below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 consecutive days from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and free from signs of wear or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functionality;

  • Be returned in their original packaging, including any boxes, accessories, and other components, where applicable;

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare or cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or have had their security seal removed cannot be returned unless they are defective or were supplied incorrectly.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our Customer Support team by email at:

Please include:

  • Your order number;

  • Your full name;

  • The reason for the return (optional);

  • Photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated, or where the return results from an error by Lumière Peau (such as an incorrect, defective, or damaged product), the cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility.

If the return is due to an error on our part, Lumière Peau will cover all return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Where required by applicable law under the right of withdrawal, the original standard delivery charges will also be refunded.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hoursof receiving your order and provide photographs of both the product and its packaging.

After reviewing the issue, Lumière Peau will, where appropriate, replace the product or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used products;

  • Products with the security seal removed, where applicable;

  • Products returned without their original packaging, where required;

  • Personalised or made-to-order products;

  • Gift Cards, unless otherwise required by law.
